Please click on the photo to activate the video. It's very short (17 sec. I think)

I first introduced his new bath by putting wet greens in it and using a his little surrogate budgie toy to show him how to roll in them. I've been gradually adding water and taking out the greens -- He's almost there already with less than a week of 'training'. At this point in his bonding and training, he responds very well to an excited "good boy" from me. And that has been such a 'boon' to training since he doesn't like to stop "playing" at whatever we're doing, long enough to accept a millet reward.
You can see his little surrogate budgie buddy below the elevated bath. He's got a flock of them now! LOL

You are doing wonders with little Spec and the two of you have certainly bonded in the short time he's been with you.

I love that you've been teaching him how to do things by using his little surrogate buddy

He looks so CUTE bathing in that martini glass.
I could just see one of mine crashing into it and knocking it over.

Just superb! Love how you have made the whole thing a fun game, with greens, company, and excited praises!
