I love stuffed peppers. I have about 12 Plants going in this year. 6 bell peppers and 6 New Mexico big Jims.

Stuffed peppers are delicious! The other night I made some stuffed with feta cheese and just a little olive oil to go with my gyros
They were so good, can't wait to see yours!

I came here for recipe, but didn't find one. I also make stuffed papers that I learned from my mom. They're my favorites, so hoping to find some different recipe.
