Here is a video I recorded of this morning's play time. By the end of it, he managed to flip the the toy backwards and as it softly brushed into his back feathers, Khaleesi flew away. No harm done and seconds later he was back into playing.

I got in my Tiki Hut that hangs on the outside of my cage and threw ALL my little wicker balls and wicker star on the floor! :evil: It was fun
My Mom doesn't pick my stuff up nearly as fast as yours though so I think I don't think I had quite as much fun as you did.
She's always answering something I think they are called "strings" on the for-umm.
Why would anybirdy wanna answer a string anyways? I didn't even think strings can talk. :S
I bit her on the cheek for not paying more attention to me so now she's typing with one hand and giving me
skritches like she should.
I'm gonna try to get as good as you at throwing my stuff, Khaleesi 'cause you're my idol!!

I'm sure with practice you will be as good as me, if not better at tossing ring toys. I started my career at tossing plastic coins and then progressed to bottle caps (my favourites) and other small plastic toys and assorted items.
I don't know about those strings either. :S
Maybe your mum is using one of those phones made out of plastic cups with a string attached between them?
I also don't like when my momma is more than 5 minutes on the phone, I don't use gentle biting, I use flock calling for attention and I also try to get between the phone and my momma's ear.
You can watch a second video of me cleaning up one of the shelves, I'm sure you are very good at this sport too!

I didn't even realize the music's coordination with the video, I just chose a decent free tune to go along with it, since my camera phone doesn't have a good sound volume and I wasn't looking to make a "silent movie".

Thanks, Gaby! When Khaleesi feels it's time for a clean up, he always starts by throwing away those small "firefly" dolls and is only satisfied when they are all on the floor.It's so adorable to see Khaleesi helping you with the shelf cleaning!

My Mom let me watch your video of you cleaning off the shelf.
I don't have any good stuff like that that I'm allowed to help clean up.
Every time I get on one of the bookshelves to help clean it, my Mom makes me get off!out:
I told her I could help and then she said I'm only allowed to clean off the top of my own cage.
Are those your very own dollies you were cleaning off the shelf? They look like lots of fun.
My Mom bought me some of the little animal stickees like yours have but I'm still afraid of them.
One of them popped upoff the laptop and I think it was trying to get me!!
Then she bought me a pretty purple plastic free-standing hamster wheel thinking I might want to run in it.
I don't like it though, so whenever she gets it out, I fly away chirping as loud as I can.
I'm sure that thing is dangerous! :scare:
It looks like a big purple mouth that wants to swallow me. Yikes!!! :undwech:
My Mom called me a "scaredy-bird". Isn't that verbal bird abuse? I'm reporting her to the bird authorities.
Do you think you could teach me to be brave like you, Khaleesi?

I'm only allowed to clean the top shelf because the rest has books and other things that I can't put my beak on. Maybe you can ask your Mom for a little room on a shelf to place a few of your favourite toys in.
My momma has been collecting these little dolls since she was a child.
They are called "Magic Fireflies" and they are part of a yearly campaign to raise funds for children and adults with Downs Syndrome. I have claimed possession over a few of these dolls, but I know my momma is hiding the older ones on a different room.
The Stikeez aren't there to get you, Peachy! They are fun to play with, if you give them a chance. You need to show them you're the boss!
I agree with you, it's best to run and hop and fly than to be confined on an hamster wheel and possibly getting dizzy from all the spinning. :soconfused:
My momma is also afraid I might get motion sickness from it and I have never been sick yet!
Uh-ho, I just realized it's way past my bedtime and I better go back to the cage before my momma sees me on the computer.

What a star khaleesi is if we ever have the birdie Olympics I am sure he is a winner in this discipline. Budget loves to throw his bottle tops as well Khaleesi.
