Haha, it had to be a lovebird!
The little fellow does have an incredible gift for tap-dancing and he/she is clearly having a lot of fun judging by the chirping mid performance.
He/she looks very much like my girl Penguin, only she's not a a good dancer, Penguin has other talents.

It's Riverdance. The beginning of the tune if you are googling it sounds completely different but half way through it breaks into this music
