I'll attach a picture of my budgies nose, it looks enlarged or swollen, though she doesn't seem to have any breathing issues or behaviour changes. How should i treat her to reduce it and what even is this?
P.S. this is my first time posting so i may not be the best at describing.

Hi and welcome to the forum

The condition is called cere hypertrophy, it's mainly seen in female birds, Cere hypertrophy – is a keratinised growth on the cere - associated with excess oestrogen. (It's similar to a rhino horn or our own fingernails) You need to make an appointment with an avian vet, he can remove the protuding cere, if treatment isn't carried out then it will only get worse and it can block the birds nares, (the nares are the birds nostrils,) please take your bird to an avian vet or a vet that specialises in exotic breeds.

Okay, i'll take her to the vet and see what i can do. Thank you for your help

It's fairly easily removed, the nails also look like they could use a trimming.
Okay, i'll look this up and see what i can do. I'll also trim her nails. Than you for your help

Your reply to Cody has got me a little anxious, although it is an easy procedure to peel off and/ or file the cere back into the correct shape, it isn't a case of "Okay, I'll look this up and see what i can do," you are far better seeing an avian vet and asking him/ her to show you how it's done, the vet should also ask you various questions about your hen, because cere hypertrophy is often a warning sign of underlying conditions.
Cody mentioned that your hens nails need trimming, but can I also suggest you get some decent perches in the cage, wooden dowels like the one your bird is sat on are no good for the birds feet, or nails, they can also cause bumblefoot, there's so many excellent perches available which would keep your birds nails trimmed and your hen would also use the new perches to clean and shape the beak, plus of course you'd be minimising the risk of bumblefoot.

Whens i mean that i'll see what i can do, i'll consult with an avian veterinary and she rarely sits on the wooden perch, rather on top of the cage or a soft perch. I'll go consult with an avian veterinary and do what he will suggest. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I've only just seen that you edited your post to include a question, as previously mentioned the avian vet will be able to advise you if he notices any underlying condition that can affect the cere, it is often hormonal but it could be as simple as too much protein in your birds diet.
