That looks delicious! I make my sauce pretty much the same way, except I use canned tomatoes. Being married to a greek/Cypriot who doesn't like pasta!!!! :S I don't make it that often as I would like. If it was up to my daughter and myself, I would be eating pasta 3 times a week Thanks for sharing. I love trying new recipes
