Sooo until joining this forum I just assumed budgies were different colours :/ never knew there was so much involved with mutations etc so it's got me curious as to what mine are.

I'm not an expert, but I think Misty is either a yellow face or golden face grey and Breeze is a yellow face or golden face cinnamon grey. Are they brothers?

They're beautiful. Though of say the second one is greywing, not cinnamon, as he has grey/blue feet where a cinnamon would have pink.

Misty is a sf yellowface II grey normal.

Breeze is a sf yellowface II Grey greywing :)

Sometimes it can take more than an hour or 2 for someone to answer your question on a specific subject ;) Since Talk Budgies is a world wide forum not everyone is on at all times of the day, but if you are patient someone with knowledge on the subject will answer your question :)

Beautiful budgies you have. I have to say that such colors are not seen in my local pet stores. What an intense yellow face color! Soooo very pretty.

Ah ok. Thanks everyone! Nice to know that they aren't just 'yellow' and 'grey' lol.

I'm hoping for a cobalt or something different to add to the flock once their new cage is ready and we have more room.

OMG, Lindsey, I was going to ask if your color mutation guide would be ready soon and I see it is up now. Very cool!
