Bird Beak Wood Feather Wing Guido the male

Bird Macaw Beak Parrot Pet supply Dawn the yellowface female. Sorry Shazza is in the photo too, it's the only clear photo i have of Dawn.

I think these 2 are about to lay a hatch together, just wondering what their babies will look like?

Your male is a recessive pied blue and your female is a normal blue yellow face. You should get...

All normals unless your female is split for recessive pied, all blue, 50% white face 50% yellow face. You also may get some surprise mutations depending on what mutations your birds are split for. Good luck

Unless their arent hidden genes you will get
Yellow faced chicks
Dominant pieds
and a mixture of the both.
They will all be blue as Bridget said :D

If the hen is not split for recessive pied the expected result from this pair would be:
50% normal blue
50% yellow face blue

If the hen is split for recessive pied the expected result from would be:
25% normal blue
25% recessive pied blue
25% yellow face blue
25% yellow face recessive pied blue.

The only way other mutations could appear would be if the **** bird was split for a sex-linked mutation or if both birds were split for the same recessive mutation

Ok thanks for your help everyone! I would have no idea whether the hen is split or recessive so I suppose we will find out :)
