She is a skyblue greywing. Greywings are recessive mutations. Each parent must carry one gene of greywing (be it visual or split for it) to produce a greywing chick. Skye is a pretty budgie. :loveeyes:

It looks like Skye has a bad case of scaly face. I'd take her to an avian vet ASAP to get some Ivermectin or Scatt. You can find an avian vet here: www.aav.org/search. Or perhaps the Magnolia Bird Farm can sell you some Ivermection or Scatt. Best wishes.

Thanks for the info. I've already treated my birds with scatt. It's already clearing up, and pretty much gone. This picture is right before I treated them.
