It is a type 2 yellow face recessive pied cobalt. This combination is often referred to as a Harlequin

A harlequin is a clown or jester, usually dressed in a patchwork of bright colors. The mutation name comes from the mix of colors. My Harley is the same mutation as yours, although with slightly different markings and all-white flight feathers.

My RP had a lot of white on him that has now turned mostly yellow.
