Hi,

My recessive pied (yellow in colour with a green patch on the chest) male is showing a lot of interest in my mutant type 1 yellow face dominant pied cobalt female (I was actually provided with this mutation on this forum).
What can be expected if these two mate?

50% dominant pied and 50% normal. If the dominant pied male is split to recessive pied, you could get some recessive pieds.

All green series unless the male is split to blue. Since your male is light green (http://talkbudgies.com/showthread.php?t=93178) and your hen is cobalt, the chicks will be light green or dark green (or sky blue or cobalt).
Thank you! You're so efficient: you even found a photo of my budgies... which I forgot to include :)

Will let you know if any eggs and, hopefully, chicks, appear!
