Awesome pics, Lyn! It's funny how all the ducks decide to take a nap at the same time. :D
I'm a big fan of ducks too, I had two pet ducks when I was a child and have great memories of them. :)

Thank you Ana. I like ducks to they are fascinating to watch..I haven't had one for a pet though..

They are so cute. I love ducks. My father and grandfather used to keep ducks when I was little. Not wild ones of course and they were for egg production. We had about 5,000 of them.
Thank you Kate..They are cute aren't they... This week the weather is not cold thank goodness but will be next week.

Those are really interesting looking ducks! :wow:

I love  their strange little wing feathers.
We don't have ducks of that type here in the States.

You Australians have A LOT of super-interesting animals in your country!
Thank you Deb. Yes we have a lot of interesting animals out here in Australia but you also have different ducks where you live that we don't have to... There feathers are really stricking aren't they...When you come to Australia for a holiday we will show you these wonderful animals and Indi will spoil you to bits..

Wonderful pictures, Lyn! Such detailed closeups - really fun!
Thank you Ollie. My Sony Camera is HD have a huge zoom it takes wonderful close up photos and to see the detail is fantastic.. Glad you liked the ducks they make a strange whistling sound..

What lovely pictures, Lyn! I do rather like your black jacket in the first picture ;)

Also the ducks are just gorgeous, their feathers are very nice in such an odd position :giggle:

Thank you.. My leather coat is brown it was freezing that night... Then it warmed up and had no jumper at the beach but now it is freezing again oh how i long for some warm weather.. The ducks re beautiful arent they..

Looks like a lovely and serene nature preserve :) I really enjoyed them!

Ha. Ha Rick.... That is a good idea I am going to Moore Park beach this morning to take photos of the ducks but I don't like the idea of handling poo bird fertiliser yucky..... Maybe I need a poo scoop to pick it up and put it in a bag to bring home......My garden is fantastic. The key is Lime in my garden.having lunch with our friends again.....
