Sorry to hear about the tests being positive, what is being used in the water? Is the oral med Amphotericin B?
I know the stress of giving meds I currently am giving 18 doses daily of various meds, to several of my birds half in the am and half pm. Hope all works out well for you.
Its water soluble amphotericin B.
As is its just a hassel to mesure out 0.3 g of powder every morning. I'll take that over oral meds for 2+ birds though.

Really about the same for most of the flock. Ziggy didnt want to train, pip still working om targeting below the perch, star is back to being a shy girl. Maru did have a breakthrough though. So sofar I've been able to get him to half turn by putting the stick against his back by reaching around the stand. He will turn his back to me, clicky, treat. Then he would reverse the motion instead of compleating the turn.
SO. I opted to change how we work together. Now with Maru, i will have him turn his back to me as i hold millet behind him. Then i have a second nub in my other hand that i put in his line of sight so that to get it he must complete the turn. I cant hold the clicker while doing this so i just shower him with praise and bonus treats. Im thinking of using the millet as a lead when they are really struggling with a trick.
Max is making good progeess with targeting the ball. He got oddles of treats, a pedicure (max is mean when he is mad. He bites and holds on and then starts pulling) and lots of forgiveness millet after.
Maru wasn't up for training tonight. He also got a pedicure tonight. He still tucks his feet so its harder for me to trim his nails. I took to very carefully taking hold of his foot and moving it to where i can work on his toes.
Ziggy wasnt to into training, pip worked with me for a bit and star didnt want to play ether.
No training updates. Been crazy buisy lately. We did have our anual wellness exams done today! Everybirdie checked out well. Pip got a in a hold bath since he is looken really rough with his molt. He was not a happy chicken
We covered some behavioral concerns and that was about it. Main things were star and her bar plucking and screaming for treats and Maru and his tendency to rub his vent on the devider bar when the devider is in place. Good news is the boys are getting along and we have gone a few days without the devider now thar we know they are koodies free
Everybirdie is in good health just molting!
