Default Male budgie weird voice

Hi,
My male budgie makes some weird sounds. He`s around 9-10 months. Also sometimes his behavior is weird.
When I first got him, his voice seemed normal, talking to himself, not being like he is now. So, in the beginning his voice was okay, then he went thru some kind of depression because of the female harassing him (I wrote about this here: https://talkbudgies.com/budgie-behavi...sing-male.html) and now, he started making sounds again but in a different way.

About the acting (moving his neck), he`s doing only sometimes in the evening, after he goes back in the cage(they usually stay out in their tree all day long, eating only vegetables and fruits - acting normal, being active, playing, flying, sleeping), eating his food 4-5 times, arranging his feathers and then starts "talking" and doing that movement. I will post some videos to make you guys understand.

this is his voice:

Hello I have watched the two clips and I think Mango need to go and see an avian vet as soon as possible it looks like he is definitely having some sort of seizure or involuntary movement there. He is also looking like his feathers are not in the best condition , he could be simply lacking something or it could be neurological. Please have him looked at he is a sweet budgie by the looks. Let us know how he goes and what they say please.

I don't think that his voice sounds all that weird, but if you have noticed a substantial change as to how it was before, that is worrying.
I agree that he should see an avian vet, and it would be great if your vet could see the videos that you've posted to help him or her see what the strange behavior is like.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Thank you for your answers. I thought about seizures but if it was something like that, why is he doing it only at night, when I talk to him or maybe related to the fact that he goes and eat 5-6 times in 30-60 minutes time?
During the day he's all good, flying, playing, eating fruits. Unfortunately there's no avian vet in my area:-( I wonder if stores that sell pets (Petco/Petsmart) can check him?

Thanks ! I'll go and ask, as I bought the bird from them ?

Need to mention that he doesn't lose his balance, he isn't desorientated. Maybe something gets stuck in his throat after eating so much?
Just read some stuff online about the voice changing, maybe that should be more concerning. I really don't know, I'm worried

There are avian vets that do consults via the net, Perhaps this would be a good idea you can show them the clip. Other than that I really have no positive answer for you , I do hope he improves, it is so worrying when things like this happen.
