Default Another molt allready?!

When I first got Kiwi and Aztec in August it was estimated that kiwi was about 3.5 months and Aztec more around 6 months. They both had been losing a lot of fluff so I assumed they were molting. It's happening again but not only fluff but longer colored feathers are being found in the cage too, especially the feathers that had been clipped before I got them. Is this another molt or is this the same molt just continued. I started giving them egg food again mixed in their seed. Kiwi is getting some spots on her chest I have noticed where she is more bare than others along with under her wings, is this normal?

Budgies undergo the first moult at 10 weeks, again at 6 months, 12 months and then annually every year around their birthdate.
