Question Is this Serious?

My budgie, Enoch has shown no signs of being sick. But when I came home today and stuck my hand in his cage to move the cuttlebone he did freak out a little but calmed down. I looked at him and noticed a little heavy breathing and slight tail movement up and down. Just when I started worrying, he began chirping continuously and still is. He's making soft clicking noises too. A few minutes later, he's moving around and dancing, still chirping. It's like when I start worrying he returns back to normal. The tail bobbing is basically gone too.? Should I be worried?

It's just like a person who breaths heavily after they've had a fright. So no, nothing to worry about in terms of his health.
