Default Light bulb for budgie ?

Hello
I watched this video (enable english subtitles):

Jak dbać o papugi zimą? - YouTube

Quote from video:
Quote:
Nowadays, suitable light bulbs, engineered specially for bird, are available. The prodive constant illumination for birds' eyes, as the light emitted by regular bulbs is perceived by birds as a series of intermittent flashes, unlikely to the human eye, which has cerain inertia and can see the individual flashes, blending into constant lighting.
In shorcut. Some light bulbs emit light that parrots see as flashes.

The question is. What light bulbs are you using ? Which light bulb will be good for me and my budgie ?

Don’t worry, it’s not necessary to use “special” lights.

Some people use full spectrum daylight bulbs, but not because regular bulbs mess with parrot eyes. I’ve had birds a long time, and have been on bird forums a long time, and have shopped in bird stores for years and have never heard of this or seen any special product for birds eyes. Rest assured, I’ve never heard of anything adverse happening to our birds because of using “human” light bulbs in the room.

I have also had no problems using just regular lights for the birds I have.
