Default Daisy is acting strange

This morning when I woke uop, I noticed one of Daisys perches (the one she sleeps on) had fallen. All day shes been acting strange. Shes eating, using both feet to climb, stuff like that is fine but she just seems.. reserved. not really climbing on her toys, wanting to go back to her cage every chance she gets. Could it be from the falling perch? I feel like I may be over worrying but Id like to know others opinions.

If she was on the perch when it fell she may be a bit stressed out from the experience and even if she was not on the perch just the commotion of it falling would be enough to perhaps cause a night fright. Are you near the cage at night to know if she had a night fright when it happened? A night fright can stress them out quite a bit and some birds injure themselves as well from thrashing around in the cage during that time. If she does not return to what you know as normal within a day or so or if you see she is getting more and more quiet then a trip to the vet would be in order.

I am not near her cage at night unfortunately. Hopefully she comes around soon!

Also, she is not a very vocal bird. She is around 3 months old, so I suspect that is why. She was chirping this morning however.
