Budgie is sick, can't take her to the vet!

My budgie is definitely ill. She fluffed up and lethargic, but she is calling normally when my other birds make noise and occasionally eating. Her vent is quite dirty and her droppings are black. She looks like she struggles to poop because whenever she does, she seems very strained and picks at it with her beak.

I can't take her to the vet. I've currently got her in a warm place and I'm trying to get her to eat some carrots and lettuce. What do I do? She still eats her millet normally.

Edit: I'm confused because she's chirping a lot! She's still very puffed up and isn't moving though.

Your budgie needs to be seen by an Avian Vet (or an Exotic Pet Veterinarian who has experience dealing with small birds) right away.

Why are you saying you can't take her to the vet?
As an administrator, I'm able to see your location and happen to know there are veterinarians available in your area.
When we adopt a pet, we become responsible for that animal's health and well-being which includes getting it the necessary medical care if it becomes ill or injured.
If it is a matter of money, then please borrow the funds from a friend or family member to ensure your budgie gets the care she deserves.

Since your budgie has poop stuck around her vent area and the budgie is unable or can't clean it off, you may need to use a warm moist cloth to loosen the poops so you can remove them. (or a moistened Q-tip will work as well) The fact the droppings are black indicates she is very ill.

Give her Guardian Angel or Pedialyte and take her in for a propoer diagnosis and check-up right away.
When a budgie begins exhibiting the signs of illness you describe, it is critical you get the proper care for the bird immediately.
