Pearl certainly looks like her namesake! What a gorgeous girl. She's a dark eyed clear budgie as far as I can tell. Normal to have some blue suffusion especially with the flash.

Yes, it's a combination of Clearflight pied and recessive pied, that's why dark eyed clears have no iris rings as well. Dutch Pied birds look different, as they did still have patches of color, but they are derived from the same mutation so essentially are the same thing. The difference is nowadays the mutation is pretty well established so there aren't instances of body patterns showing up as much. So, I guess, the simpler answer to your question is yes, although there isn't much pied about the Clearflight/Recessive combination nowadays
